Level Up Nail Salon Cancellation Policy

At Level Up Nail Salon, we value your time and strive to provide the highest quality service. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice:
- We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and fill your time slot.

Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost.

No-Show Policy:
- If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact us, you will be charged the full cost of the service.

Exceptions:
- We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. If you have a valid reason for a late cancellation or no-show, please contact us, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Payment:
- Cancellation fees can be paid during your next visit or via Zelle
